Damaged order delivered
We take the utmost care in preparing and packaging your order.
We are dealing with delicate materials, so it's in our interest to make sure that everything is correctly handled and processed.
Each order is inspected before it gets rolled up on a sturdy tube however occasionally an order may be damaged in transit.
We label our tubes with a message saying “Handle With Care” if the parcel is refused the goods will be returned to us and we will contact the customer straight away to arrange replacement.
If you have accepted the parcel and the goods inside are damaged, please email us with your order details and photos of the damage.
If you are able to provide pictures of the damage this will help speed up the replacement process.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by a damaged package or goods and will try our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
