Can you apply your window films on any type of glass?
The film can only be applied to smooth, non-textured glass and is suitable for all types of windows including double glazed units.

Does made to measure window film arrive to the measures I’ve entered?
No, we include add an additional 20mm bleed around each edge of your measurements for you to trim away, this allows for a perfect edge to edge finish leaving no light gaps. Please enter your exact window measurements into the widget.

How do I clean my window film?
Simply using soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or any strong detergent or cleaning products.

Samples
Yes, we can provide samples of any of our window film products and at any size.

Can you print other colours to the ones available online?
Yes, we can print all our designs in virtually any colour of your choice. Please contact us at - contact@thecreativeprintco.com.au for more information or to order a sample.

Are your window films suitable for bathrooms?
Yes, our products are completely safe to use in bathrooms. We only advise that if you are applying it to a shower screen that you put it on the external side of the glass. 

Is the film removable?
Our films feature a permanent adhesive and are designed for durability and longevity. However, it can still be removed and will not damage the glass surface by using a glass scraper blade along with a suitable wetting solution. Note: The film itself will be damaged during removal and cannot be reused.

Overlooking regulations?
Overlooking regulations are meant to restrict the view of occupants from an adjoining property into a habitable room of an adjoining building and their secluded private open space. The main purpose of overlooking regulations is to maintain privacy, especially in residential neighbourhood.

Can you install the products for us?
Yes, if you reside in metro Melbourne we can organise installation at an additional cost.
Outside of metro Melbourne window film installers can be found via a simple google search.
