Samples & Colour Testing
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before committing to your purchase. This is essential to ensure that the product meets your specific needs and expectations. The colours displayed online are part of our unique colour palette and may differ from what you expect. Testing a sample in your own home environment helps to eliminate disappointment due to differences in colour perception, as it is nearly impossible to perfectly match the colours seen online to those in your home.
We encourage you to test the colour in your space before placing a full order to ensure satisfaction with the final result. Please be aware that lighting in your home, whether natural or artificial, can significantly affect how colours appear compared to what you see online.
No Refunds or Exchanges for Change of Mind
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or if you have made a mistake. Therefore, it is crucial to order a sample and test it before committing to a full purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Products

Return shipping
If a return is authorised, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item, unless the item is deemed faulty. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
